Nusa Dua Beach

Nusa Dua was design for the luxury five star hotel lining the white sand beach, it was an arid fishermen village but now change into the site for accomodating visitors from several countries. It has a public beach between two small islands. Many food and drink stall await for you while yo do sunbathing or swimming. The beach here has low and high tide, you need to check first for the tide otherwise you can not swim in this protected lagoon by the barrier reef.

Bingin Beach




The beach is the playground for surfers, still can see some teak trees while walking through the lane leading to the beach. Need a little walk down pass many step as the characteristic of all Pecatu village beach is the cliff. Small warungs offer simple food and drinks, massage women and sellers offers basic Bali merchandise. When its high tide you may see surfers on the wave or the beach become quite lagoon with crystal clear water lapping the white sand.

Blue Lagoon

A secluded beach between two hills near a ferry harbour of Padang Bai, through congcrete steps this beach can be reached in minutes from the parking lot. white sand, clear water and beautiful coral reef just only few meters from the shore line and snorkling equipment can be rent here. If don't want to get wet, you can admire the beauty of the sorrounding from two restaurant facing to the lagoon and endulge yourself from its foods.

Amed

The eastern coast of Bali have a good spot for snorkling and diving, the beach has a view to the highest volcano of Agung. The remain of Agung eruption can be seen at the beach like the black volcanic stone and sand. This place is also produce salt from evaporating sea water to extract salt.

Tanah Lot







The 16th century Hindu temple locates on a huge rock sorrounded by water during the high tide, beautifull as well during low tide as we can walk around the temple. The temple was used by a holy saint from Java to teach the local people Hinduism, underneath the temple, there is a fountain considered holy by the people and in the cave across the temple, a sea snake shelter considered as the protector of the temple. Best time to come is during the sunset time as one the nicest places to see it

Sanur used to be a fishermen village then developed as a tourist place since the ten floor Bali Beach hotel established in 1960's, a Belgium painter Le Mayeur has settled down here and married his model Ni Polok, now with its beautiful beach Sanur is a favourite place for swimming, with its wave on the barrier reef is suitable place for surfing and with its location is the best place to see sunrise

Uluwatu



16 century dated back Hindu temple perches at the southern tip of the Bukit Badung hill, the best site to the sunset. Hundreds of long tail Macaca Fascicularis monkeys inhabited around the temple. At the outside yard of the temple, daily performed the Kecak dance conveys the story of Ramayana, the temple facing to the Indian ocean consequently big waves smash this deep valley of limestones. The surfers come down to the place nearby for their dance on the wave.
